สิ่งแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติ สภาพการด�ารงชีพและการท�างาน และคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารและเครื่องใช้ในครัว
เรือน (The State guarantees every citizen the right to free access to truthful information regarding
the state of the natural environment, the living and working conditions, and the quality of food

products and household appliances.)

๏รัฐธรรมนูญของสาธารณรัฐอาเซอร์ไบจาน ๑๙๙๕:

มาตรา ๓๙ ทุกคนมีสิทธิในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์สิ่งแวดล้อม (Every person
has the right to collect information on environmental situation.)
มาตรา ๔๙ ทุกคนมีสิทธิในการรวมกลุ่ม ประชุม ประท้วง ชุมนุม เดินถนน หรือปักหลักอย่างสงบ

โดยปราศจากอาวุธ และมีการแจ้งให้องค์กรรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบล่วงหน้า (Every person has the right, upon
notification of corresponding government bodies in advance, to peaceful, unarmed gatherings,
meetings, demonstrations, rallies, street processions, pickets together with others.)

๏รัฐธรรมนูญของสาธารณรัฐยูเครน ๑๙๙๖ มาตรา ๕๐:
ทุกคนได้รับการรับรองว่ามีสิทธิในการเข้าถึงโดยอิสระซึ่งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์สิ่งแวดล้อม

ทุกคนมีสิทธิที่จะได้รับการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของสิ่งแวดล้อมและการปกป้องสิ่งแวดล้อม
(Everyone has the right to be informed of the quality of the environment and its protection.)
