Environmental human rights and related laws

Abstract
This paper aims to review the relationship between human rights and environment
in historical and developmental approaches as well as human rights provisions in
International Environmental Law and any movements including the operation swells
both human rights and constitution law in Thailand, as well as challenges
and dimensions that are also environmental issues with current and future human
rights. Generally speaking, the link between human rights and the environment had
recognized and launched any movement to the public till now. Not only human rights
community but also environment society encourage the development and legislative
efforts involved in the legal dimensions ranging from international law and domestic law,
as well as trying to create an environmental justice system to support the so called”
Environmental rights,” in term of formerly entitled the right to access to information,
right to public participation in decision-making and right to environmental justice rights.
In addition to the development of the concept, there is a judgment in the Human Rights
Court to support the environmental dimensions, making the movement continue
discrete. However, there are challenges in human rights and the environment in terms
of climate change, military technology, cross-border pollution, community rights,
etc. As while pushing the sustainable development as of to be interpreted as a protection
against the environment to reach the next generation so as to able to exercise human
rights completely as well. Thailand is currently experiencing control and restricting
human rights affecting human rights.
