บริษัทไม่ควรจำากัดกลไกรับเรื่องร้องเรียนระดับปฏิบัติการไว้เฉพาะเรื่องร้องเรียนที่เห็นชัดว่าเป็นประเด็นการละเมิด
สิทธิ หรือการละเมิดกฎหมายหรือมาตรฐาน เนื่องจากประเด็นร้องเรียนบ่อยครั้งอาจเป็นผลกระทบที่ไม่ใช่การละเมิด บรรณานุกรม
สิทธิในทันที แต่หากปล่อยทิ้งไว้ก็อาจสะสมหรือลุกลามเป็นผลกระทบที่รุนแรงกว่าได้ ที่ผ่านมามีตัวอย่างมากมายของ
ชุมชนที่พบว่า บริษัทละเลยข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับเสียงรบกวน ฝุ่นละออง หรือโอกาสการทำางาน และสุดท้ายชุมชนก็
รู้สึกว่าต้องออกมาประท้วงเพื่อเรียกร้องความสนใจจากบริษัท ในสถานการณ์ที่มีความขัดแย้งหรือหน่วยงานรักษา
