democracy, a new National Constitution was promulgated in ○ ○ ○
1997 which guarantees human dignity, all basic rights and ○ ○ ○

fundamental freedoms of people. Under the Constitution, the ○ ○ ○
so-called “independent bodies” such as the Constitutional Court, ○ ○
the Administrative Court, and the National Human Rights ○ ○ ○

Commission (NHRC) were established as mechanisms to ensure ○ ○ ○
