The principle of independence and neutrality in the performance of
the duties of the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand, NHRCT, as the
inspection organization, must be based on the Paris Principles. The national human
rights organization must be independent on operation, be free to the intervention of
political parties and be the financial autonomy which is not under the administrative
control.
