(a) Direct or indiscriminate attacks or other acts of
violence, including the creation of areas wherein attacks on

civilians are permitted;

(b) Starvation as a method of combat;

(c) Their use to shield military objectives from attack or to
shield, favour or impede military operations;

(d) Attacks against their camps or settlements; and

(e) The use of anti-personnel landmines.
