                   Rights among the National Human Rights Commission,
                                the National Legislative Assembly,

                              the State Administration and Courts*

                                                  Abstract

                           This article is a part of academic seminar by Professor Emeritus Visanu
               Krua-ngam on “Guideline and Linking to Function and Protection Human Rights among

               the National Human Rights Commission, the National Legislative Assembly, the State
               Administration and Courts. He pinpointed that coordinating and networking among
               the National Legislative Assembly, the State Administration, the Courts, Constitutional
               Independent Agencies and social sectors are crucially important to fulfil its tasks
               including other factors which affect its work in terms of social stream changing both
               positive and negative aspects, democracy stream, human rights stream and rule of
               law stream.
